SOUMAH Pinot Grigio 2025

Now, the first thing you’ll notice when you pour it is the color. It’s a slightly light copper tone, which is not unusual for *Pinot Grigio*, but is slightly more obvious in this particular wine. Having said that, it is a thoroughly beautiful example of this Italian variety. It spent time on skins, which is where it’s picked up that faint blush color, and then the leaves were stirred to build in further aromatics and build that textural feel which I found most appealing. Has a nice dry, crisp, fine finish and a thoroughly delicious current drinking wine.
