Aromatic white varieties turn up the volume and sing their hearts out. Muscat, Sauvignon Blanc and Chenin Blanc are Fiori – flowers in Italian – showing their strong floral attributes in aromas of wildflowers, acacia, apple blossom, musk, apple and pear. Bright, fresh and frisky in flavour, which combines warm textural flow on the palate with clean acid drive. Love the blending of these three grapes with Muscat in the lead, its youthful, lingering grapeiness in harmony with Pink Lady apple, mandarin skin, lantana and musk. A fab accompaniment to Asian food.
