Pinot Noir is the basis for this elegant, fine featured Rosé with winemaking that includes short term ageing in French barrels for around 35% of the fruit after fermentation. Mixes fruit charm with a herbal, dusty earthy savouriness that elevates the wine above simply good drinking material. Silky mouthfeel mixes with a juiciness of fruit before finishing on a lightly sweet pastille note. Sunday afternoon drinks are now taken care of.
