Bright palate straw in colour before launching into precise yet elegant lemon and grapefruit aromas with a spicy/mineral complexity. A tight and pure palate follows – embryonic and fine with a crisp acid bite with Rose’s lime aromas slowly rising as it warms in the glass. Lightweight and quite silky in texture, it finishes with excellent length which bodes well for aging potential over the medium term.
