A big introduction worthy of a drumroll. Tropical fruits explode in passionfruit pulp, melon, peach, nectarine with an ample dose of Gin Gin clone-style beach spray. Lively, tasty and so juicy, this well-priced Margaret River Chardonnay is all about easy drinking now. No need for second guessing about whether to put it down in the cellar – don’t. Open hearted, it delivers an umami texture on the palate with equal parts baked apple, pear and tropical fruits. Finishes a tad short but, hey, there are plenty of positives to enjoy.
