Taltarni Pinot Noir 2021

Share

Sweet red cherries, dried cranberries and Allens raspberries. Cassia bark, clove studs, wood ear mushroom and cherry chocolate. There is this classic old fashioned cherry liqueur feel, it’s nostalgic in a really lovely way. A bit like watching a family video from aeons ago. There are mouthfuls of red and black berried fruit with the plushness of velvet feel. Tannins that are very fine and dusty and acidity is on par, chugging along taking the fruit along for the ride. Oak shows in its sweet classic spices of nutmeg, cinnamon, cumin and toffee. A wine for sharing and all the feels, drink with red pesto pasta and leave the dishes for morning.
