Terre à Terre Crayères Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc 2024

Share

For those who think Sauvignon Blanc is beyond vintage variation, let me introduce Crayères Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc from the cool, wet 2024 vintage. The tone changes, there is a delicacy on board with ’24, the intensity level is not quite as high and in its place there is a lifted, floral prettiness to the aroma. Spring flowers, honeysuckle, white peach and citrus light up the scent. A mix of ferments in wood and stainless steel bring a creaminess to the palate and while herbals are a feature, they aren’t the main feature, but rather are folded nicely, evenly into citrus, crunchy red apple, peach, melon and spring florals. Super fresh, delicate and lively, highlighting the success of sauvignon off Terra Rossa soils in the Wrattonbully region. A delicious Sauvignon.
