From one of the most successful regions for this variety comes this strongly varietal example with its pristine, pale colour followed by pretty and refined aromas of guava, herb leaf and passionfruit. It’s an aromatically understated version of Sauvignon Blanc which will appeal to many. There is a bit more flavour generosity on the palate with a touch of sweetness and vibrant, balanced acidity. This has lunch wine written all over it.
