The Lane Beginning Adelaide Hills Chardonnay 2022

Share

A classic Adelaide Hills Chardonnay with purity and oozing sophistication. Offers a powerful, penetrating sweep of Chardonnay aromas with Meyer lemon, lime peel, honeydew melon and white peach dressed in a toasty spiciness. The oak is a pleasure in itself, and comes following fermentation and maturation on lees for nine months in French oak (30% new), bringing added weight, class and construct. Supple on the palate with some added light tropical and sweet creamy notes, it fully blossoms with exotic touches of mango skin and Asian pear. All very harmonious, including a gentle acid crunch leaving the palate fresh as the day.
