The maker calls Gamay one of the region’s best kept secrets. They might just have a point. That colour, intense purple, is an immediate eye-catcher. So, too, the aromatic herbal pull in aromas of thyme, fennel, green pepper with redcurrant and plum. This is a bit of fun with high drinkability and an easy-going attitude in the glass. And, yes, super tasty, too. The palate explores sour cherry, earth, plum with an intriguing herbal presence.
