The Lane Vineyard Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc 2026

Share

Not your usual über herbaceous style of Sauvignon but something a little more restrained, a little more textural, a little more food friendly. Aromas rise in acacia, spring flowers, gooseberry, jalapeño, green herbs, lemongrass, dill surrounding a core of citrus and green apple. For the price, this is pretty complex. A fleshy, textural palate awaits sporting a strong herbal vibe with notes of gooseberry, citrus and lemon pastille. Finishes long in fleshy, soft greens – green is the colour and the mood of this wine – in green tea, dill, sage, leaf and pea shoot. Bright acidity all the way through.
