Oh wow, there’s some real flavour impact here. It’s a blend of Grenache Gris, Roussanne and Grenache Blanc, so it’s a Rhone-inspired wine from the Barossa. Rich creamy apple and stone fruit combination with a fine minerality and acidity adding lift and life. Love the viscous mouth feel and how it balances with that fine balancing sustained acidity.
