Tomich Woodside Vineyard Shiraz 2020

Yet another superb wine from the single vineyard collection from the team’s high altitude Woodside Vineyard in the Adelaide Hills. This is deep magenta in colour, and exhibits dark berry notes, with herbs, spices, mulberries, bay leaves, black fruits and a sweet cherry finish. Good length and fine, if somewhat chewy tannins. This should age impressively and sail through the best part of a decade in the cellar.
