The P+R comes from the same area as the Dual Citizen Riesling, with elevation between 497 to 550 metres. This, and the cool growing season, is reflected in the wine with its soft and pleasing touch. There’s loads of black cherry and blackberry fruit, and savoury tones from black pepper and green pepper, with a touch of earthiness developing now. It needs quite a bit of time in the glass to open up, but when it does, it’s a tasty wine to pair with meat or pasta dishes, which amplifies the fruit.
