Trait Chenin Blanc 2021

Handpicked from a small Margaret River vineyard and then whole bunch pressed through to barrel where one barrel went through a natural fermentation. It was kept in neutral oak which was not about imparting oak influence. It was unfined and unfiltered so its ever so slightly cloudy but still carries plenty of bright lively fruit. Crunchy apple and a wide spectrum of tropical notes continue to an excellent example of this increasingly popular variety.
