Trevelen Farm 506 Reserve Shiraz 2017

Oh, wow, has this shiraz really picked up since I tasted it a few years ago. Smooth and refined shiraz with a rich textured and layered palate. It’s smooth and medium bodied and loaded with dark fruits showing a little mocha and licorice on the nose. The palate is soft and plush with ripe fruit and a splash of liqueur. Tannins are ripe and the oak well managed. Dry savoury finish.
