Risky Business Pinot Noir Rose 2020

Share

Not your average rose here from Risky Business thanks to the combination of a cooler climate and a premium wine growing region. The fruit for this wine comes from Mount Barker, well known for riesling, and it does give it some serious class.

Pale salmon pink, the wine is pretty and subtle showing rose petal, cranberry and gently spicy aromas in a bright and fresh style. The palate is then dry and light weight but carries excellent fruit concentration that provides an attractive texture. It is also well pitched with a good mix of power and subtlety plus a nice meaty edge to finish. Food-friendly, drink it chilled with a prosciutto and melon salad.
