Twin Valleys King Valley Sauvignon Blanc 2024

This is the kind of Sauvignon Blanc for people who may have been turned off by some pretty insipid examples from around the traps. There’s a lot of freshness on display in the mix of fruity and savoury characters: lemon, grass, fresh peas, asparagus, herbaceousness and green apple. Like the other two table whites tasted, there’s some oiliness on the palate, some saltiness, and great minerality, with a pretty full body and loads of acid. Very tasty.
