Twin Valleys Pinot Gris Single Site Reserve 2023

An exact take on the slightly riper and fleshier Pinot Gris with quince, baked pears and glace ginger. A hint of rambutan, rockmelon and pandan leaf. The wine is languid and luxurious on the palate with a touch of creamed honey and buttered toast. It finishes dry with a richness to the mouthfeel. Would look beautiful with a ripened soft cheese, crumbled walnuts and a drizzle of honey.
