Two Hands Holy Grail Shiraz 2019

Share

The Holy Grail is Two Hands interpretation of Barossa Shiraz from Seppeltsfield. It’s a rich style with sweet mocha oak but there is also plenty of delicious savoury detail to this wine –  mulberry, baked earth, saltbush and spice aromas are just the start. It is followed on the palate by good fruit generosity and open-knit tannins, but again with that savoury edge that drives through to a lengthy and quite supple finish. It’s looking good right now but there is certainly no need to drink up as this will continue to drink well for at least 8 years.
