Blewitt Springs is home to some of the finest Grenache in McLaren Vale with this wine made with 65% Blewitt Springs Grenache and the balance being Shiraz. It is a big, ripe and deeply coloured style of Grenache showing layers of jubey dark fruits with a dusting of aged leather, and spice. It’s then super soft and supple, tannins light and feathery which supports a lingering finish. Enjoy in the next couple of years with gourmet sausage rolls.
