What I like most about the current release is its elegance and restraint. This is not a Champagne packed full of powerful fruits – delicacy is its key feature. There is a delightful array of citrus and floral aromas with fine, pastry complexity. It is followed by a delicious silkiness on the palate with bright and youthful fruit flavours well supported by crisp, balanced acidity. Super value once again – bravo.
