Meyer lemon, white peach cheeks and honeysuckle. Toast with creamed honey, sesame and squeaky haloumi cheese creaminess. There is ripeness of fruit balanced by an oyster shell minerality. The generosity of varietal shows in the palate’s 3D dimension. Lemon tart, chamomile and nutmeg. A moreish wine. Drink now with butternut squash ravioli and browned butter and sage.
