Voyager Estate Broadvale Block 6 Chardonnay 2022

Share

Fruit is sourced from a site in the Stevens Valley. Matured in French oak for 9 months of which 44% was new. The more classic stone fruit and citrus flavours of the Voyager Range – talc, pineapple and peach skin. Custard tart, almond praline and baked pastry shell. Cut melon and lemon juice, the acidity is striking on the palate and lends well to the richer weight of toasty oak. This is a journey of ripe fruit, sweet baking spices and lip smacking acidity. One for the Chardonnay die-hards. Drink now and will cellar for up to 8 years. Serve with a beautiful brioche lobster roll and hand cut potato chips.
