Good to see the winery continuing its mature releases of Chardonnay. The style of full-flavoured balanced Margaret River Chardonnay, not overly fruity or tropical, is more about the winemaking complexity. Nutty notes from oak weave into ripe stone fruits, flinty yeast and bottle age to build harmony. A lovely mix on the palate so it’s not overtly fruity or oaky, with excellent length and layered complexity plus a subtle sweet buttery finish
