Voyager Estate Project Sparkling Rose 2020

Hello Summer and the perfect time to enjoy a just bottled still or sparkling rosé that only twelve months ago was nothing more than little grapes on the vine.

This rosé is slightly unusual as it’s crafted from shiraz making for a fruity style made for long lunches in the sun. It is a pretty pale pink colour and a crowd-pleasing wine with sweet cherry fruit that has also shows a nice touch of shiraz spice. In the mouth it’s quite full-bodied and creamy bubbles are well matched to a touch of sweetness. It’s not made for serious drinking but is a playful rosé style done well.
