Watkins Sparkling Rosé Langhorne Creek 2022

Share

Steeped rosehip, cranberry and rhubarb stem. Wild strawberry and persimmon. A hint of cured meats and good intensity of flavour across the palate. There are raspberry roll ups, cherry ice cream floats, vanilla and hints of cola. A richness imbued by a portion of fleshy Chardonnay. The wine has edges of tannin and finishes dry without any cloying confected fruit sweetness. Drink now with stracciatella and pork lardo draped across Turkish bread.
