Wills Domain Eightfold Chardonnay 2021

This is a fine and almost delicate chardonnay from this good Chardonnay vintage. Fine notes of lemon and minerally acidity with deeper and richer lemon curd and lightly roasted almond. A touch of quince paste adds another complexing note before finishing with a bright, lingering minerality.
