A top line Shiraz from Margaret River, smart and beautifully put together. Plenty of ripe mixed berry fruits and plum with a decent shot of oak-driven spice sets aromas alight. The palate is built on solid, ripe fruit and an effortless flow of violet aromatics. Indeed, the spice component in league with some subtle herbals keeps things bright and lifted. A flourish of savoury, woodsy tannins brings a high note to the finish. Oak is nicely observed and integrated on this attractive, medium bodied Shiraz. Congrats to the winemaker.
