Windowrie Sakura Shiraz 2023

The range represents organic wines from the Central Ranges. This cool climate Shiraz spent a year and a half maturing in new French oak. A dark plum hue, there is lovely mocha notes, cloves, cold tea, black fruits, plums, bergamot and well handled oak. Richly flavoured and yet exhibiting refinement, there is good length, fine tannins and impressive length. It will provide pleasure for at least the next half dozen years.
