Wines by Nick and Goe Sangiovese Rosé 2025

Everything about this says Italian, and yet the wine comes from McLaren Vale, off the Di Fabio estate. This is a very European style of Rosé, with its pale color, slightly savoury, red fruit notes on the nose, and a sort of lovely savoury dried herb palate mix. It’s almost delicate, and yet there is a nice textural component to it that allows the flavor to build. It’s a wine you could certainly throw back on a summer’s day around a table with lots of friends and family. Right on the money for this style.
