Wirra Wirra The Angelus Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Share

No, the name doesn’t come from the famous St Emilion winery but from the old Angelus Bell that was salvaged from a Jesuit church in Adelaide. An elegant and stylish medium-bodied Cabernet that shows what McLaren Vale can achieve in very good seasons. Intense chalky blackcurrant fruit aromas with a trace of dark chocolate and black olive. The palate is so beautifully integrated with fine tannins and beautifully managed oak cradling the fruit through to its extended finish.
