This is a result of blending the best barrels of Cabernet and Shiraz after being treated separately throughout the winemaking process. A beautiful mix of blackcurrant, black olive and bright intense plum on the nose. But it is the palate where the real majesty of this wine emerges seamlessly woven into an intense highly focused palate that drives relentlessly to a very long finish.
