Yalumba Barossa Bush Vine Grenache 2019

Share

During Grenache’s long years in the wilderness, Yalumba’s Bush Vine has always been a dependable label where the few grenache fans out there could always enjoy what this variety had to offer. It is great to see it still going strong, still dependable after all these years.

The 2019 turned out a fleshy, quite rich style for grenache with loads of sweet fruit – red and black cherry, raspberry and even some mulberry thrown in. The palate then packs quite a punch with mouthfilling flavours and supple tannins suggesting this is probably an earlier drinking vintage which makes for a crowd-pleasing style.
