Yangarra Shiraz 2022

A brooding mix of blackberries, red bean paste and sesame. Caraway seed, pumpernickel bread and kalamata olives. Rosella florals make an appearance too. The palate is bright with an unswing from natural acidity and pillowy tannins that meld into a beautifully rounded plump middle palate. There is significant garrigue herbs and turned earth, a brown mushroom and leaf litter savory quality. This would be a delight alongside cajun prawns and red rice.
