Crafted by the team at Mandala , this chardonnay has the classy and complex winemaking regularly seen at this winery. It’s a prime example of the modern Australian Chardonnay style and is a wine where finesse takes the lead role.

Bright but delicate in colour, the fruit also follows suit with an array of citrus and floral aromas plus some complex savoury edges, with a touch of gun flint and continental delicatessen thrown in the mix. The palate is more melon and citrus wound up in understated oak with bright and tangy acidity drawing out a silky finish. Very well made and balanced, it beautifully shows the subtle side of chardonnay making this wine perfect to enjoy with raw shellfish or a delicate French Brie.
