Yelland and Papps Vin De Soif Roussanne Grenache Gris 2024

This blend of varieties makes a delicious, rich and highly textured wine. It was all naturally fermented in oak and tank with regular lees stirring and further maturation on full lees. The wine has a rich creamy texture, some subtle stone fruit and altogether a lovely mouthfeel. This is in that Rhône style presentation, and it’s certainly drinking well now.
