Smooth, elegant and super refined expression of Yarra Valley cabernet. It captures everything you expect from this variety in the Yarra. Medium weight but with deep intensity and fruit concentration. Plush blackcurrant and chocolatey plum characters work seamlessly into the frame. The aromas add a little leafy black olive nance. Tannins are fine and chalky with the oak so perfectly laid.
