Yering Station Little Yering Pinot Noir 2025

Share

Another Pinot from Yering Station overdelivering in its category. Take notes, Australia. Silky. Bright. Expressive. Wild strawberries, Aperol, orange zest. The flavours are clear and nuanced, drawing a neat line between savoury and sweet. In the mouth, ripe cherries, more red berries and a touch of bark for grip. No new oak, keeping it light on its feet. Fresh acid, enough structure to hold it together, and overall highly enjoyable. Get it while it’s hot. Serve cold. Around 12 degrees.
