Yering Station Shiraz Viognier 2021

Share

The little brother to the award-winning reserve Shiraz Viognier, that comes in around one-third of the price, certainly packs plenty of flavour and style. Super fragrant and floral in violet, lilac, black cherry and plum aromas. So inviting, medium-weighted, lifted and fresh on the palate, this is where intense black cherry fruit and spice come into their own, filling the mouth and holding your attention with oak well integrated. Not sure why more Yarra Valley makers don’t pursue Shiraz Viognier blends when the results are this good and inviting.
