As I shoved my generously framed nose into this glass of 3 Drops Riesling, a smile arose from deep inside. It. Smells. Delicious. Lemon sorbet, grapefruit juice and musk sticks. The concentration of fruit and perfumed florals scream plump cheeks, cheekiness and reckless confidence. In the mouth, there’s a great line of acid and vibrancy, cocooned in a pithy texture. The flavour is packed in: lime sherbet, pomelo and all the pith. There’s even a surprising pickled radish note to the finish. Germany comes to mind. It will put a spring in your step. Drink with a hot-girl dinner of carbs and laughs.
