Blue, black and red fruit. The whole kitchen sink. A little funk from that Montepulciano this is an amalgamation of Aussie meets Italian. Pure Shiraz fruit is met with dry fine tannins and juicy acidity. Loads of savoury wood ear mushroom and purple violets. So much going on and kind of all at once. A wine for gamey protein venison, kangaroo and lamb loin.
