Allinda Yarra Chardonnay 2022

Early picking and then time in small French oak for both fermentation and maturation characterise this fresh, lovely, if slightly leaner Chardonnay. Very pale yellow in colour, this is nutty with notes of ginger, citrus, spices and a minerally backing. Good concentration and there is a flick of oak influence throughout. It is attractive now and should drink well for the next four years and perhaps more. Try it with your favourite seafood.
