A Sauvignon that takes a measured, textural approach to the grape. The aromatics in play here mix the delightfully floral – jasmine, apple blossom – with pea shoot, tomato leaf, peach, passionfruit, citrus. Acidity is well measured and delivered on a nicely textural palate – a good combination – that allows the brightness of the passionfruit and peach fruit to sing, backed up by background grassy herbals, leaf and some light, earthy ginger notes. Definitely one to serve at the table.

She is a founding board member of Australian Women In Wine and is the co-deputy chair of Australia’s Wine List of the Year Awards and China’s Wine List of the Year Awards.
