Ampersand Sauvignon Blanc 2024

Part of an exciting new array of wines from the Pemberton region of Western Australia, this is lemon straw in colour. The nose offers a mix of citrus, nettles, herbal notes and a touch of the tropicals. Hints of passionfruit, mango, grapefruit and apricot are all evident, along with a whiff of gooseberries. This is a wine of medium length with minerally support. Tense and taut, there is a line of fine acidity. It should drink well for the next two to three years.
