Aromas are inviting, aromatic, in violet florals, lifted spice, sage, rosemary, cocoa with dark plums, red fruits. The wine’s spice fairly sizzles in its aromatic contribution, a real feature that is both striking and effective. The palate is nicely wrapped in place, smooth, textural. The generous flow of flavour, not to mention length, is stunning.
