Astrale Prosecco NV

An attractively labelled Prosecco, the wine offers a gleaming yellow/gold hue. The winemaker here has extensive experience in both Italy and the Southern Hemisphere. Some toasty notes are evident, with crisp pears, lemon butter and florals, especially jasmine. Creamy texture and a lingering finish with bold flavours, this is soft and gentle, but a pleasing style.
