A good, easy drinking simple style of fizz, with a pleasing combination of crispness and flavour that would work best as a fresh aperitif style. A blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, the colour is pale lemon. There is a range of spices and citrus, notably grapefruit and a lemon crystalline character. Bright acidity with moderate length, it’s an upfront style for drinking now.
