Bethany First Village Barossa GSM 2022

The parcels for this cracking Barossa blend were all treated individually with varying times on skins. After blending, the wine spent nine months in older French oak with a percentage in stainless steel. Deep magenta in colour, the red fruits are to the fore. Rose petals, cherries, spices, bay leaves, warm earth, a hint of milk chocolate and coffee grinds. Soft and generous flavours, with very fine tannins and bright acidity. This is richly flavoured and absolutely delicious. Five to eight years.
