Bethany First Village Eden Valley Riesling 2023

More great Riesling from the very fine 2023 vintage. A cool fermentation in stainless steel before early bottling to preserve freshness. A very pale lemon/yellow hue, that typical Eden Valley softness with a wet slate backing is evident. This is pristine and taut with spices, florals, notes of jasmine and oodles of limes. It is beautifully balanced with great focus and excellent length. Six to twelve years.
